How to compare two Column in Excel
=IF(ISERROR(MATCH(A2,$B$2:$B$11,0)),"", A2)
1. A2 - is the value we are looking in B Column Range B2-B11
2. Imp: use "$" in the B column Array like $B$2:$B$11
3. 0 is exact match
4. A2 in last will return the value of cell if found in range B else it will return blank
